For the end user, it is sometimes difficult to diagnose if the problem is a hardware or a software issue. Our experienced technicians are able to analyze the problem, diagnose whether it is a software or hardware problem, and resolve it in the most effective way. In some cases, it does not make sense to repair a system, as it may cost more in time to resolve an issue than a new system may cost.
We are always sensitive to the budget and economic factors relating to each repair, and try to advise you on your options and best course of action.
You may also need new software installed, upgrades or updates installed and new computers and printers set up and installed.
Server and workstation scheduled maintenance
Servers need to be checked on a regular basis to make sure that backups are working, virus protection is working, latest service packs are installed, and that you are not running low on hard drive space, etc. Workstations also need to be checked regularly for latest patches, virus protection, etc.
We provide all these services on as needed basis.
We are able to configure, design and maintain as small as a single server environment to a large multi-server system with a Storage Area Network (SAN).
